In 1977 a section of UN asked me for a project on 40 Low Income
Houses outside Kabul in Afghanistan as replacement for squatters.
I had worked minimalizing the consumption of energy and rawmaterials
in housing as research as PHD student on the Architectshool in Copenhagen,
but never with realized low income houses.
I have noticed, that such houses in other poor countries often,
when finished, was occupied by government employee's instead of
the poor squattters they was ment for.
